Beach Spring. From NM State Rd 522 near the village of Arroyo Hondo, take County Road B007 approx 3.5 miles to John Dunn bridge at the Rio Grande. Hike approx 200 meters upstream from bridge on river left to where the spring emerges.

Turn south at Road 477 located 2.9 mi E of the intersection of Highways 554 and Highway 111 in El Rito. Collection site is along the road ca. 1 mile southwest of the 477/554 intersection

Little Spring. From Manby Hot Springs, hike upstream on river left for 0.84 miles to GPS location.

Found at El Aguaje Spring, T28N R12E Section 16 NMPM

Collected 1 mile north of Tres Piedras in pinyon-juniper woodland.

Spring emergence is 0.4 mi up Deadman's Canyon on river right, approx 6 mi downstream from Coopers Landing/Boat Launch below El Vado dam.

Little McKittrick Draw

American Dipper Spring. Drive to the Red River fish hatchery in Taos County, NM. Park in the furthest lot downstream. Hike downstream along the angler's trail on river right for 0.73 miles.

Drive NW from Taos on Highway 64. Turn North onto 285 at Tres Piedras. From Antonito, continue driving N for 7 miles. Turn left onto County Road P. Cross the cattleguard, and drive 4 miles.

Serpentine Spring. From NM-68, drive through Dixon on right on NM-75 and turn right onto county road 580. Take an immediate right onto county road 0068. Park at the fork 0.3 mi down road and hike down the right fork (in a dry wash) for 1.0 miles. Hike dow

Spring is approximately 1.0 mi down Big Arsenic Springs Trail. It is the third spring encountered along the trail.

Slide Trail Spring. From Pilar, drive 6.5 mi north on NM-570 to the Slide Trail lower trailhead. Walk 0.66 mi up the trail. Site is the second trailside spring from the bottom.

Turn south at Road 477 located 5.8 mi E of the intersection of Highways 554 and Highway 110 in El Rito. Collection site is along the road ca. 1.1 miles southeast of the 477/554 intersection.

From NM-522, take CR B-007 for 2.3 mi. Turn left onto Tune Dr and continue for 1.5 mi. Take a slight right toward the gorge, and park at the large dirt lot. Follow path down to river to Manby Hot Springs, and walk upriver for 500 m to spring.

Cow Patty Trail above the Rio Grande. From NM-522, drive W on Sunshine Valley Rd for 4.0 mi. turn right onto two-track, and after 0.4 mi, bear right at the fork. Road ends at Cow Patty Trailhead.
