Collected along Sevenmile Creek approximately 3 miles upstream from Johnson Valley Reservoir on the west side of Gooseberry Fremont Road.

From the Book Cliffs road at the Three Pines Junction, head north on Winter Ridge Road for 1.2 miles to the collection site.

Collection site is located 5.61 miles directly west of Highway 276 along the Bull Creek Pass Road.

Collection site is approximately 28.5 miles south of Ouray, UT and 28.5 miles west of the Colorado border.

Collected 0.4 miles south of the Ivahoe cemetery along the Cedar River in a mixed maple/oak/prairie community. Site is slated to become a sand quarry.
