South Pass in Sacramento Mts. approx. 20 mi. west of Needles on Hiway 66. South from Hiway 66 in first wash running NW & SE on east side of summit of pass; on wash bottom near edge of wash.

MERCED COUNTY: 1.8 mies N of Le Grand and 0.1-0.2 miles E of Cunningham Road (T.8S R.16E S.8 W1/2 of NW1/4; elev. 260 ft.).

Red Fir Forest species in very sparse stand - 8500' - about 3/4 m. below Kaiser Pass on extens. of Hiway 168. Stream margin below point where road turns sharply left and away from the Crk. up toward Junipers.

Collected directly across bridge from Stanislaus River Campground, both sides of Road.

Collected along the bank of the road, Route 299, 3 miles southwest of Fall River Mills above Pit River Falls.

West facing slope n. of 10,720' Sharkstooth Pk. in Margaret Lakes area (9 miles n. of Mono Hot Sprgs.) Slope rises at ca 9400' to 10,250' hight point n. e. of Sharkstooth.; alon grills on lower portion of slope.

Collected on Trimmer Spring Road about 1/8 mile north-east of Kern-Friant Canal, (approximately 17,000 feet east on Road.) Dirt roadway intersecting with Trimmer Spring Road and running parallel to it.

Collected in R1E-T6N, section 4. It grew west of Highway 101 in a marsh salt.

Jose Basin at ca. 3300' s-se. of Italian Bar & Power House #3 at 1500' on the San Joaquin River. Short distance up the road beyond concrete bridge over e. fork Jose Crk.
