8750' West Lake, just N of lower end of ridge leading down W-NW from 9984'Red Mt.; 3 1/2 map miles SE of Huntington Lake. West Lake and a series of swampy meadows and ponds drain SW into N Fork Tamarack Creek.

Fern lake, 1/4 miles W over 200ft saddle from 10000ft Big Margaret lake, headwaters Silver Creek, 1.5 miles SW of 11878ft. Silver Peak on Silver Divide and 1.25 miles N of 11192ft Saddle Mts. (9 map miles of Mono Hot Springs)

Steep, glaciated, granite, NE facing, 200’ slope NW of and below 10,400’ Cirque Lake at head of Cirque Creek, tributary to Bear Creek (SW quar. Mt. Abbot Quad.) Ridge immed. S-SW 11,300’.
