Gen. Grant road 10 to 15 miles above Orange Cove. road. Elevation about 1000 ft.

On Mt. Dana proper. At about 11,800 ft. the steep rise levels out to a large plateau area. This declines gently toward the west.

Growing in sand at edge of water in Kings River, at Laton.

Located on Big Table Mountain, on mountain top, especially in the north-western, and northern upper exposed slopes.
