Highway 1, just before Los Posas Road turnoff, about 6 miles south of Oxnard. Found abundantly in Patches. Elevation, 15 feet.

Near the junction of Highway 18 and high road which is 4 miles west of Lucerne valley. Elevation 3000 feet. Sagebrush scrub plant community. soil sandy. no slope. Associated with Erodium sp. and Artemisia sp. common.
