Collected on the San Joaquin River bottom on the Fresno side, next to Highway 41. Elevation: about 250 feet

This plant was collected about 2.3 miles south of Shaw Avenue on the north side of Academy Road.

This plant was found on Hwy. 198, 10.2 miles east of Fresno/Mont. county line on roadside.

This Adiantum found in the shady moist cliffs of Tokopah Falls in Sequoia National Park where it is quite abundant. Ca. 7500'.

Marcella Lake 9700', on Cirque Crk., Trib. Bear Crk. (Mt. Abbot sheet). Encroaching from S-SE. - Rills meandering widely thru Mead. Ridge crest L m.s. 11,300'.

In open hard ground in clearing amid brush 100 yards west of highway 199 near shacks. At bridge crossing over Hard Scarbble Creek.

Specimen located on sandbar in middle of the Middle Fork of the San Joaquin River near the soda springs. Elevation 7560 feet.
