Located in draw 6.1 miles above fire sta. on Sand Creek Rd., 20 ft. S. of rd. in dry meadow. To the N is a rocky slope with many tree lupines.

These samples were collected at Pixley vernal pool preserve 5 mi. s. of hwy 190 on e. side of road 160 in a valley grassland type community.

Located on Table Top Mountain. Tree is common on most slopes of the mountain below steep rims and slope on southern parts of mountain; very few trees are present. Along northern slopes and mountain edges there are many trees of this species.
