Found at western edge of Colorado Desert, near Anza Borrego State Park, south of Henderson Canyon Rd. 3.5 miles west of S-22. The elevation was 700ft.

2 small ponds n.w. of and below 10,400 plus 1 Cirque L. at head of Cirque Crk., trib. to Bear Crk. (s.w. quarter of Mt. Abbot quad). Ponds on split level bench at 10,300' immed. under broken cliffed ridge s.w. cresting at 11,300'.
