along McGee Pass trail directly s. of 13,163' Red Slate Mt. on Sierran crest. First bench along trail above upper end of great mead. immediately s-sw of mountain. On trail side just up out of meadowy portion of bench.

In the vicinity of San Joaq. Power club on S.W. shore of Bass L. about 50 to 75ft. from water line under yellow pine for. canopy.

Growing in decomposed granite on a steep southeast facing slope at Ehbets Pass.
