THIS COMMON HERB WAS COLLECTED FROM A VALLEY GRASSLAND PLANT COMMUNITY ON HAMNER LANE, 1 MILE WEST OF HIGHWAY 99 AT AN ELEVATION OF 14 FEET IN ADOBE SOIL.

This plant was found on highway 33, 19 miles south of junction 33 and 166. Cuyana Valley. Desert foothill area. Elevation about 1000 feet.

One pair of the filaments of this plant seem to connate otherwise the description fits fine. Sage Brush association in the lava flow country on the south slope of Sherwin Pass.
