Collected in Jedediah Smith State Park, along the banks of the Smith River. Found fairly well in the open at the line of trees along the bank.

Collected near the junction of Highway 190 and Road 176 in valley grassland and vegetation.

Lotus Mine, 3-1/2 mi. W. of Myers Ranch, S. fork of Goler Wash drainage, SSE of Manley Peak, Panamint Mts. Large boulder about 30' W. of the mine mill.

Vicinity of 11,880' McGee Pass, 1 m. se. of 13,163' Red Slate Mt., on Sierran crest. This Arabis from just down the e. side of the Pass.

Collected 5.5 miles from the junction of Highway 41 and Highway 1, between Atascadera and Morro Bay, on Highway 41. Morro Creek was nearby. Elevation: about 1000 feet.

6400', in rock crevices on glaciated granite to left at end of auto tracks, about 1 m. into the P.G. and E. Co. reservation beyond the USF Coolidge Meadow Public Camp Grd. on the N.Fk. Kings River below Woodchuck Crk.

Growing on a slab of granite a short distance above Indian Mission Valley on right side of railroad grade road. Elevation 2550 ft.

Cirque L., 10,400 Plus', head of Cirque Crk., trib. Bear Crk. (s.w. quarter of Mt. Abbot Quad.). Lake 3/8 m. long n-s in Great Cirque, e & e walls 900' high, s. wall 1300'.

Collected in R1E-T6N, section 28, in the vicinity of Humboldt State College campus, near Jolly Giant Creek.

Summit of ridge about 8 miles above Clingins on Hi-way 180. South faceing, dry slope. Found growing in under large granite rock.

Mono Creek, at road branch to Boggy Meadow, Sierra National Forest.

Numerous plants growing in light shade on the steep banks of a dried drainage ditch at the base of 8-Dollar Mountain 0.7 miles west of U.S. Highway 199 on 8-Dollar Road.

Drying pond at 10,830' along Muir Trail immediately to n-nw. of Evolution Lake at lower lip of Evolution Basin and ca. 10,850' above Evolution Valley (Mt. Goddard Quad.). West end 13,000+' Mendel-Darwin ridge immed. above ne.; 10,993' ice planed knob sw.

Found at North Fork on the stream bank of the North Fork of Willow Creek; Yellow Pine - Foothill Woodland Community. Elevation 2600 feet.

Glaciated Twin Lakes area, n. Kaiser Ridge - w. Potter Pass. Over 1/2 m. e. of 10,300' Kaiser Pk., on steep trail from George L. past College L. to Campfire L.

Collected on Santa Cruz Island with Pinus muricata.
