Steep, glaciated, granite, n.e. facing, 200' slope n.w. of and below 10,400' Cirque L. at head of Cirque Crk., trip. to Bear Crk. (s.w. quar. Mt. Abbot Quad.). Ridge immed. s-sw 11,300'. The fern along a rock edge on this slope.

This plant was found on Auberry Rd. 4.7 miles northeast of Auberry. The elevation was 3125ft. This fern was found in decomposed granite.

Palm Springs

This Azolla found near a creek on Shaw Avenue near Sanger Avenue.

Found along Sattley-Bachsorth Road, 1.8 miles northeast of the junction with Calpine Posd.

Altitude 1300 feet in crevices in vertical face of a south-facing granite rock. Foothill woodland 5 miles west of Trimmer on Watts Valley Road.

Hwy 190, direct E of Town Pass Marker, at base of dry waterfall. 5,300'. Growing on N and S ravine of dry waterfall.

Site 1 1/2 miles south of Jose Basin Road (about 4 miles north of Alder Springs) in Jose Basin. Large granite outcrop beneath a power line about 150 feet above Jose Creek. Elevation about 3100 feet.
