This plant was found on the northside of Conego ave., 0.5 miles east of Jameson ave. Found at an elevation of 330 ft.

Foothill Woodland area along Kings River at Trimmer Springs (soon to be inundated behind Pine Flat Dam). Grass at and in margin of river against timbers of old bridge foundation opposite upper end of Trimmer flat - i.e. s. side the river.
