along moist cliff crk. bottom near mouth of Blind Spring Valley, about 3 m., W. of Benton Stat. which is 7-8 m. from the Nevada border on U. S. 6 and 7-8 m. from the 500' northern end of the White Mts.

Collected 400 yards west of the cattleguard at the entrance to Mineral King Valley, 25 miles from Highway 198, Three Rivers, California. In a Cedar, White Pine, and Sugar Pine forest.

Plant found at lower end of French Canyon across from Pilot Knob.

E. bank of Kings R., 250 yds. S. of old Cement Bridge. on which Anadale Ave. crosses Kings R., 3 miles E. of Sanger.

Found 3.5 miles west of highway 41 on the Raymond turn-off.

Collected at the corner of Road 26 and Railroad Drive in valley grassland vegetation. Elevation: 300 feet.

Southeastern corner of Watt and Marconi roads, between Sacramento and Carmichael, about 3 mi. from the latter.

A few miles south of Big Creek is a turn-off on a dirt road. Specimen was located three miles down this dirt road, formerly a railroad bed.

2 m n of Shaver L. left off Hiway 168 to Big Crk. onto rd. to Music Mt. Lookout, then within 100 yds. rt. and down onto old rd. to former logging camp on saddle and around onto e. side of canyon at foot of 6801' Music Mt.--before rd xes to w side .

Collected on the southwest side of Pine Flat Dam. Elevation: 900 feet.

Collected o a south facing slope of 1/2 mile of State HIghway 384, about 1/2 mile east of the Friant-Kern Canal. Plant Community in calley grassland. Soil is mostly hard-pan with some granitic intrusions.

Collected along Auberry Road 4.7 miles east of the town of Auberry.

Found 8 1/2 miles north of Cambria on Highway 1.
