Near Solitude Ski Resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Interstate 17 S from Flagstaff, take Schnebly Hill Road exit and take Schnebly Hill Road (Forest Road 153) to the W towards Sedona, drive to Foxboro Dam Lake, population is to the E on hillsides along wash.

From State Road 39 onto FS Road 054 toward Curtis Guard Station, approx 1 mile past Guard Station.
