From state Highway 24 turn East onto Fishlake Highway #25; turn N (left) onto road to Hancock Spring. Travel ca. 4.5 mi. N to Torgerson Flat road. Go W .6 mi.

BLM, S on Hwy 89 0.4 mi S of the Kingston Canyon turnoff, turn right onto the Dock Spring Road, keep to right, go under power lines, 0.6 mi to population site.
