BLM, Hwy 119 to Hwy 24E past Bicknell, W on Rt. 143 towards Sunglow Campground, NW through Crescent Canyon to Hemlock Meadow, 1/2 mi.

From Moab, UT go south on Highway 191 to Road 131 (Needles Overlook Road). Plants collected along sides of Road 131.

From Escalante, UT, go north on Highway 12 and turn left (southwest) into the trailhead parking lot for the Escalante Creek Trailhead. Follow trail upstream (away from bridge) and the population is in a small wash and on a bench to the south of the trail.

Interstate 17 S from Flagstaff, take the Stoneman Lake exit and go E on Forest Road 213, go six miles until intersection with Forest Road 229. Population is in field E of the road.

Route 24 off I-70 in Emery County.

Take Highway 180 W from Flagstaff, turn right onto Route 64 N towards Grand Canyon National Park, turn left on to Forest Road 206, population is on both sides of the road continuing for about five miles.

Coconino National Forest. From Flagstaff, go S on Lake mary Road (FR 3) and turn right onto FR 132; population is 1 mi from Howard Draw trailhead, extending until motorized barricade.
