Elephant Point

1 mile north of the 3129 foot peak located in the sec. 3 of T.24N. R.29E., between 2500’ and 2600’ contour lines. 15 feet stratigraphically above A-1710.

¼ mile down the ridge to the NE of the top of the peak 3129 feet high located in sec. 3 of T.24N., R.29E. A-1706-A-1714 are from the same area.

5/16 mile north of the 3129 foot peak located in the sec. 3 of T.24N. R.29E., between the 2800’ and 2900’ contour lines. Located 10’ stratigraphiclly above A-1708.

Boxed with the linear ridge collection and probably associated with it.

1/8 mile NE of the 3129 foot peak located in the sec. 3 of T.24N. R.29E., just before the break in slope.

Fox Creek Canyon, Kenai Peninsula, Alaska

Collected in a medium-grained, medium-gray biosparite with occasional dark-gray pebbles. Probably in the Black River Quad of East-Central Alaska.

In the same box as type Salmontrout Limestone and probably from East-Central Alaska.

1 1/16 mile north of the 3129 foot peak located in the sec. 3 of T.24N. R.29E., nearly at the bottom of the valley between 2400’ and the 2500’ contour lines. 30 feet stratigraphicly above A-1711.

Left bank of the Black River 25 mi. east of Chalkyitsik at Nelson Bluff. Sample collected 9’ above the “base” of Nelson Bluff.

Collected along the Tetthajik Creek 10’ above A-1718.

3/8 mile north of the 3129 foot peak located in the sec. 3 of T.24N. R.29E., between 2600’ and 2700’ contour lines. 55 feet above A-1709.

Collected in a biosparite 50 to 60 feet above 35’ lg_tiatarid? measure at Nelson Bluff.

The type Salmontrout Limestone located near the mouth of the Salmontrout River along the Porcupine River in the Coleen A-2 Qd. On the south bank across from old Rampart.

Collected as float along Tetthajik Creed which flows into the Salmon Fork of the Black River 38 miles NW of Midnight Hill.

Collected in the same place as A-1712, but 10 feet stratigraphicaly higher.

Collected somewhere along the Salmontrout River in a light-gray medium-grained biosparite.

Collected in a biosparite 10 feet above A-1723 at Nelson Bluff.

Collected in a medium-gray biosparite probably in the Black River Quad.

Collected in a biosparite 5 feet above A-1724 at Nelson Bluff.

Colville River, main dinosaur quarry. See photo 88-1-18. Samples of lens terminus in photo. Sample "a" taken from top of feature, sample "b" from more massive "core", sample "c"" from basal parting unit. This locality is approximately 5m noth of reference

Specimen not mentioned in field notes, no field #, and no obvious association from rock type etc. Is definitely from 1989 Colville trip.

East shore Iniskin Bay, 0.4 miles south of Pomeroy Creek, in bluffs to near rock slide at apex of reentrant.
