Growing along west border of Craig Pond; bay about 4.5 miles due north of the Barnwell Barricade on the east border of the Savannah River Plant.

Under small rock overhang; in drip zone. Located just east of Toxaway Creek and about one mile south of County Road 88. On west-northwest-facing hillside that has been clear-cut within the last two years.

Along Foothills Trail; ca. 1 mile from logging road that is 2.5 miles north of Eastatoe Creek on U.S. 178. Ca. 13.5 miles N27*W from town of Pickens.

On trunk of 2-3 inch diameter Juniperus virginiana in pine woods near top of east-facing slope overlooking small creek. East of Eighteen Mile Creek, about one mile south of junction of U.S. 76 - S.C. 28 and S.C. 28 BUS. at Pendleton city limits.

Along Chauga River; in Chau Ram County Park, located approximately 2 miles NW of Westminster city limits, off U.S. 76.
