In semi-boggy roadside ditch, Apalachicola Forest, by Fla. Rt. 65, 2.5 miles S of Wilma. Some plants growing up through mats of Sphagnum, others not. Many many plants seen at roadsides not so very far northward of Sumatra by Rt. 65.

Greenwood Homeplace near Thomasville, along Beech Drive, edges burned annually. Unusually abundant, conspicuous this year.
