Silvermine park. Sunny hillside with a strange plant community. This appears to be mowed grass, but no grass is actually growing, only Carex sparganoides and this along with a few other broad-leaved weeds cover this hillside.

Along Goods Road, shady roadside and in sunny pastures.

Silvermine park. Where a small stream meets the Pequea river just downstream of where Silvermine Run enters it. Shady moist woods along a trail.

Hillside in Silvermine park consisting of shallow, rocky soil in full sun. Mowed grass but no real grass is growing here, the community is entirely sedge and Scleranthus.
